Utkatasana
Adjustment 1:
- when the student’s fingers touch the floor, support the student’s rear with a leg
- a hand keeps the coccyx rolling down
- the other hand lifts the student’s arms over her head and pulls the hands upward
Adjustment 2:
- same as Adjustment 1
- grab the student’s hips and press downward against the teacher’s thigh
- grab both elbows to lead the student’s arms over her head

Virabadhrasana
Adjustment 1:anchor the outside edge of the student’s back foot with one foot and rotate the front leg hip back and the back hip forward with the hands
Adjustment 2: Place finger at knee: "Push!",
Effect: Thigh of the student becomes horizontal
