Some suggestions for Adjustments in Surya Namaskara B (= sun salutation) from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Adjustment 1:
  1. when the student’s fingers touch the floor, support the student’s rear with a leg
  2. a hand keeps the coccyx rolling down
  3. the other hand lifts the student’s arms over her head and pulls the hands upward
