Margo superior of the scapula (shoulder blade) between Angulus superior and Incisura scapulae
Projection
Venter superior:
Caudal edge of the outer surface of the side section of the hyoid bone body.

Auxiliary muscle with breathing and swallowing

Ansa cervicalis profunda (Plexus cervicalis)

Backside sternum (Manubrium sterni) and Sternoclavicular joint

pulls the hyoid bone down (keeps the hyoid bone in place), shifts voice box and hyoid bone down.
