I had my first intensive encounter with Yoga in an Ashram in India in 2013. That encounter sparked a flame within me. This flame keeps me going on, no matter the turns that life takes sometimes. Yoga is my anchor and stabilises me.
Philosophy is important in order to view the world around us with understanding and compassion. The asanas (physical practices) are imprtant to integrate the philosophical knowledge with our body and to then let it flow through us.
I am grateful to be learning and when I teach I enjoy to share Yoga with others. Like this I keep on learning...
