The second chapter of Svatmarama’s Hatha yoga Pradipika, „Dvitiyo Padeshah“, tells us about Pranayama, Kumbhaka and Sat-Kriya as well as Sat-Karma.

gulma-plihadikan rogan jvaram pittam ksudham trisham |"
vishani shitali nama kumbhikeyam nihanti hi ||58||

गुल्मप्लीहादिकान् रोगान् ज्वरं पित्तं क्षुधां तृषाम् ।"
विषाणि शीतली नाम कुम्भिकेयं निहन्ति हि ॥५८॥

gulma-plīhādikān rogān jvaraṁ pittaṁ kṣudhāṁ tr̥ṣām ।"
viṣāṇi śītalī nāma kumbhikeyaṁ nihanti hi ॥58॥

Ohne Zweifel geht die Atemübung, die Sitali genannt wird Vergiftungen, |
Vergrößerung der Drüsen, wie Milz und so weiter, Krankheiten, Fieber, Neigung zur aufbrausender Natur, Hunger und Durst an. ||58||
